Since 2005 I have been working as a managing director in internationally oriented companies in the metalworking industry, in particular mechanical engineering, tool engineering, automotive tier-2 and industrial services. I have in-depth knowledge of all key functions of an international corporate group, have a particularly good understanding of key figures and processes and act with a distinct compentence, demanding quality standards and at the same time high appreciation for the people involved.
My focus is on the sustainable transformation and strategic alignment of organizations, the establishment of governance and compliance structures, the development and implementation of cost & cash measures as well as the optimization, automation and digitalization of business processes. I can also look back on extensive experience in change management – including the establishment of international corporate and group structures, the creation of modern controlling, production and supply chain processes, the introduction of lean structures and modern HR management.
